Monday night, encouraged by boyfriend dearest, I decided to give little Eugene a call..

He was sooo soooooo cute!!! He sounded so cute & so angelic over the phone - a total contrast to the little devil in real person. Lol. =X But I still love him lah... =p

I asked him if he missed me he said,"yes yes yes" Hahaha! Silly silly him... & I promised him in his May school holidays I'll bring him out.. Peng Peng wants to bring him to science center. So he said,"but saturday i just go! hmmmmmm... can we go discovery center?"

& I said to him,"eee yerr eugene u very boring leh why do you want to go to these places?!"

then I heard his mum saying in the background,"you can always go again...." then little eugene said,"aiyah ok lah ok lah we go science center..." hahaha! awww I CANT WAIT I CANT WAIT!! My favourite little boy.. =DD I'm gonna ask his mum to officially let him be my god-brother.. Was telling france yesterday and we concluded that it was impossible for him to be my god-son sooooo god-brother it shall be! X)

Boyfriend put the night at my place on Monday and sent me to the MRT the next day morning before he left for camp. How sweet even though there might be a possibility that he will be late.. X)

Yesterday & today have apparently been SUCKY SUAY days for me at work. Practically almost every call of mine would take at least 15mins. Shit dammit cases. Why I categorized them as shit calls is because either they are difficult cases I dont know how to handle, or are simply trouble-making irritating customers. You know, some customers can just be so dumb. I was literally PISSED off completely by this yaya customer. I didn't have the chance to finish telling France yesterday and I told her to check my blog as I'm going to blog about it. This uncle called. Please take note how he even start the damn conversation with his CMI english:-

Jackass: Hello? Ah why why why i cannot receive my sms ah! I press END session then i receive.

Me: ? I'm sorry Sir, do you mean you are not able to receive sms on your mobile?

Jackass: yayaya! I press END! then the sms come in. You know END session? they have a button end session then i press then I receive the sms! why why why like that!

Why why why! I feel like telling him what boyfriend always tell me when i ask why.. "Why tiao tid lah why!" ("why" in hokkien is crooked. So Tiao tid means to make it straight" *rolls eyes*) Luckily i use Starhub websms myself so I know what the hell is he talking about. Doesn't even wanna clarify & state properly that he is talking about websms and he expect us CCC to help and be god to EXPECT to know what the hell is he talking about and what was going on before he called. Tsk.

So...... It continues:-

Me: Sir you are talking about YOU using WEBSMS to send to YOUR OWN mobile phone. Am I right?

Jackass: yayaya......

DUH! WHO DOES SUCH STUPID THINGS TO SEND SMS TO THEIR OWN SIA~

Anyway so I told him that probably the internet is down and to ask him to refresh the page, log out of the session and relog in again.

Jackass: ya! i off the router and on off everything soooooooo many times but cannot what! how come like that! why like that!

I was at this point damn fed up already with this shit uncle - clearly not english educated wanna act english educated. Clearly stupid yet wanna act clever & yaya. NVM! So, I wanted to do a test and at the same time prove him wrong to shut his yaya-ness. So I put him on hold, fuming inside, and log on to websms and sent an sms to myself. I typed "fuck ass" & sent because I was so damn bloody angry with this bugger. & I practically received it IMMEDIATELY on my mobile. So I got back to him and said:-

Me: Hi Sir I've just done a check and sent an sms to my own mobile and THERE IS NO PROBLEM with our starhub websms AT ALL.

Jackass: Huh? issit! can ah? u u u try and send to me!

Me: Sure.

& he practically almost received it after I press the SEND button.

Jackass: *start to laugh like super pai seh* eh... can ah.. how come ah.... orhhhhh okokok!


In the first place I ASKED you to TRY AGAIN u simply don't want to. So? In the end? How? Lao kui tio boh uncle? Freak u lah put down the damn phone and LL suck your thumb please. Eat & grow until so old but brains and behaviour still like a kid. Shame on you. This people are whom I call them TROUBLE MAKERS. Take CPF already nothing to do at home find things to ATTEMPT to complain and vent their frustration. _|_

But of course, my job's not totally bad. Most of the time I feel sadistic. The angrier the customers are, the happier I get and the bigger my smile gets when talking to them. =O & sometimes their actions in a fit of anger really amuse me so much I had to share with peng, xuan & my dad. Call me if you're bored and I'll share with you stories I swear with amuse you. LOL.


Ookay, I'm very tired. Tonight dad's coming back and I've got work tomorrow so I can predict there's gonna be a zombie and a grumpy unfriendly CCC in BizHelpdesk again. =S
One more day Rin. Took leave on Friday to head down to school to pay for school fees & RELC for them to certify our certs. Damn lame. Can't SIM prove to them. Super double job plus waste my time waste my money waste my beauty(cus I will have to wake up early dumbwit). Grrrr.
But nevermind! I think waking up to do the above is better than to go to work so! Conclusion.
Thou shall not complain. =D
